Product looks nice enough but heaven forbid you have problems! The warranty that comes with the product SUCKS! Basically if you buy a product, you are stuck with it. I bought a section and paid $2200 with the ottoman. It had a hole in it that we noticed a couple hours are the delivery men left, then a rip in the back of the sofa on a seam and then one on the ottoman in the corner because the wood underneath is not wrapped. They sent in someone to fix it but they did a CRAP job. It was coming apart again within the hour. I'm so not impressed and will not recommend or buy anything from them EVER again!!!
