Was in VS for the first time in a while today and the staff was so friendly and really helped me out with everything.

I like VS stores and their lingerie. Its so comfy and classy at the same time. VS store for me is like little escape from routine. Staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Victoria Secret Lingerie Stores provide excellent customer service and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The quality of their clothing is second to none. From bras and panties to sleepware, everything is so amazingly comfortable. Many styles, sizes and colours to choose from.

The service is always great, last time I went there the girl measured me and helped me choose the right bra I needed. They are very helpful there, you can tell that they know what they are doing. Victoria's Secrets products are fine quality made. They can be on the high end price range, but they have so many choices to choose from in bras and underwear. I don't want to always wear granny panties.

I was recently shopping at Victoria Secret in a town which is 2 hours from home. I purchased several bras. When I got home I realized that one of the bras had a strap sewn on backwards (it was twisted and could not be untwisted without undoing the stitches). I contacted customer service and explained the situation and as I lived to far to exchange the product in store they sent me a gift card for the full price of the bra. I was able to purchase a new bra and I am going to take the other bra to a seamstress to get fixed. Although there was a defect in the bra, customer service handled it amazingly!
