This is an older hotel in Halifax and is in a great location. The public spaces are updated and very nice. Some of the room's are not yet updated, but everything is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and since I've been there a few times, when I stay, the manager sends up complimentary fruit bowl and bottled water in the early evening. Quiet rooms and comfy beds, too. Tvs are flat screens but the hotel cable package is average or below average, but hopefully you aren't just staying in the room to watch TV.
