The Customer Is Always Wrong

The worst restaurant experience I ever had! The food
(chicken souvlaki ) arrived via delivery looking like it was cooked the day before, the order was one stale looking skewer of chicken, two potato wedges, cup amount of rice covered with diced dry wrinkled raw onions, who does that? Not Greeks! Also one small bowl of Greek salad, and one pita board, I mean bread. All for the criminal price of $18. So obviously I called to request a refund and was told by receptionist/driver/cook/customer service rep, that he would do a refund, and that’s how the food Is, no one else in 30 years has complained. (sure) After arguing with the employee of the month, I asked to speak with manager, he was not available, so I said I’ll call back later. Next day called manager not in, next day same thing. Then I asked for the manager to call me when he gets in, it’s been three weeks, no call. I can not do much but warn others about this shady business & terrible food & customer service. The customer is always wrong!
