Always seems dirty and staff aren’t very friendly

I love yankee candles but sadly the staff in the Llandudno store are not very friendly or helpful. The store is very grubby and the shelving could do with a good wipe. Asked the staff for help reaching a candle off the top shelf that I wanted to buy and felt like I was in the way so walked out without buying. I now buy off the internet so they have lost a local customer.
