I bought this from Wal-Mart and even under my light concealer, this didn't do anything for my dark circles. The formula was also really hard to blend and the pen is inconsistent.
The price is very cheap but I advise you to pay more and get a better quality product. The product is not pigmented and it barely puts any color on my eyes lids. I liked the colors of the eyes hadows but I was very disappointed with the overall effectiveness of the product.

I did not like this product. Though it was super lightweight and stayed in place pretty much all day, I dont find it to be full coverage. I have combination skin and had to layer it a few times to achieve the look I wanted.
