have gone through cold sores and must say that the product works very well, I do like the new pump version as well. My only complaint is the price find the price point is ridiculously high for such a tiny tube. But it works and not many other options other on the market to compete.

I don't get cold sores often but tried Abreva the last time one came up. I didn't find that it lessened the length of time that my cold sores usually last but it did lessen the severity of it. I started using it as soon as I felt the tingling begin and the sore didn't get as big as it normally would have. I'll try it again in the future if I get another sore happening.

Best thing out there for cold sores so long as you can catch them in time

I'm normally a huge skeptic for medications that claim to get rid of cold sores, a lot of products I've tried fall short of their claims. My sister tried this and told me I should really give it a shot, I get cold sores a lot during the cold season. After trying it on a couple different occasions, I'd have to admit it did help, and I will be using it again. I would definitely recommend this product

Abreva is one of the best products available for cold sores, I am prone to rather large breakouts usually covering a large portion of my chin area. If I use abreva at the start of a breakout, it stops it and I have noticed a difference overnight when used at the first signs, if you wait it will work but it may take a little longer. Probably the only downside would be once its opened and sits a while it does not work at well, but definitely still a worthy product.

This stuff is amazeballs. Works super fast and effective. As soon as I feel that tingling I know what to do. Get the abreva.

This stuff works amazing!!!! As soon a s I feel the burn or itch sensation I put it in right awaga me normally I will get a little tiny bump and that is it! It works like magic! It's pricy but it works!
