I have received this product for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review. Oh boy..so I woke up, and decided to try "super energex" for the first time. Ick. First of all, it didn't seem too appealing to me, the look of the ampoules and the dark liquid inside. about ten years ago, I used to take liquid ginseng..and I know that THAT doesn't taste good..well, I followed the directions, I emptied one ampoule into half a glass of water. Well, it tastes as though I just dumped some pure vanilla extract into a glass and drank it :p I could not even finish the entire glass because of the taste. If one wanted a specific product for energy, and knew about ampoules and how bad the product is going to taste, and they were ok with all of that, this could be a product worth looking at. I myself cannot stand the taste/delivery method (mixing awful tasting stuff into water) so I cannot say whether or not this would be effective. From the half glass I managed to get down, I can feel myself having more energy, but for me a glass of orange juice would provide enough (natural) energy.

The taste is horrid, so I would recommend putting it in a smoothie or fruit juice. I first tried it in water and gagged a little. But after that I tried it in juice and in a smoothie and it was much better.

Tasty! These wake me up and they get me going in the mornings or when I am feeling slugglish! Amazing amount of natural ingredients and vitamins. I simply mix mine with half juice and half water, works good, and tastes great! Recommended to anyone out there who needs some energy, vitamins, or wants a natural energy drink instead of those chemical cocktails on the shelves!

Not really fond of the taste, but I mixed my EnergeX with juice and it wasnt horrible, I drank it after I got up and it was effective of giving me a boost of energy that I wouldn't normally have in the mornings!
