Advil cold & sinus is the only cold medicine I use anymore. Once I feel a cold setting in, I start taking this product. It never causes drowsiness, it gets rid of any sore throat I am having and definitely reduces or eliminates all my symptoms. I do try to buy it on sale though, as it can be a bit pricey otherwise.

This works ok, but it is extremely taxing on ones body and really dehydrates you. So if you do take this...you'd better guzzle bucket after bucket of water. Although you could probably do this without the medication and get healthy anyways...so i'm not sure this is really something that helps.

I have a killer sinus headache right now and all I an think of is getting home and taking an Advil Cold and Sinus . It is the only thing that works and it does not make me feel all tired and groggy !

Omg the advil cold and sinus are by far the best thing on the market in my opinion. They relieve my cold symptoms and leave me feeling like i am actually able to function. They are very pricey and i really do wish they would lower it.. The last bottle i purchased i paid 17.99 to me that seems a little much....

These are a life saver for me. Sinus pain and pressure can be unbearable but these work relatively quickly and reduce both symptoms quickly.

these really help ease the pain of sinisitis for me.. i get a lot of pain with a bad cold and these help me sleep better and function through out the day

These are like a main staple in my house over the winter months. I seem to get a lot of sinus problems and so does my son. This helps me to cope.

My family swears by this! My mom never goes anywhere without it. I can no longer take a product like Advil due to medication conflict. Having said that it was always my go to, during cold season.

Decent quality for the price, and works okay to clear congestion. I still prefer Vick's vaporub or something similar.
