I always have a stash of advils in my purse because this is the only thing that works on my cramps.
I love how it's a little sweet on its outer coating so it's much easier to swallow than aspirin.

If you have really sore muscles, aches and pains this is the one for me. I only take it at night before I go to bed and I wake up refreshed in the morning and painfree. The one thing you have to be really careful of is that you don'[t take it with anything else. Be sure to read all the directions.... I would recommend this to anyone that has success with Advil.

It's gardening season here in Ontario, Canada. That means lots of aching muscles and joints for this ol' gal! Advil Muscle & Joint actually worked!!
