I have been using this product consistently for about 3 months now. I have a liver spot that I was trying to lighten and this product has done a fairly good job of lightening it. The cream is a little greasy so I couldn't imagine using for large sections of my face, but for spot treatments it is doing a good job.

With consistent use, it seems like a mild bleacher without the harshness. I'm really bright skinned and alot of products irritate my skin. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with spots anywhere that they want gone in some time. Not magic but still remarkable!
