Unsure About Effectiveness

I tried the AOR Acta-Resveratrol over a two week period and was not overly impressed with the outcome. I found that I had a headache after I used a few times per week so am unsure of the effectiveness as I discontinued use shortly after.

I really was eager to try this product as it is a Canadian company and I am all about supporting Canada brands. Unfortunately I am going to have to pass on this product going forward.

Great product, but did not work for me

I've tried @aorhealth Acta-Resveratrol now for about 3 weeks, and unfortunately did not find any difference in my overall health or stress levels. I did find that this product to be easy to use and did not irritate my stomach, which many supplements usually do. This product is made by a Canadian company and uses sustainably sourced trans-resveratrol from Japanese Knotweed, antioxidants that are known help protect your cells from oxidative stress.

High Quality

I recently tried Acta-Resveratrol from Advanced Orthomolecular Research (AOR), and I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The quality feels high, and I like that it’s backed by research. It’s easy to incorporate into my routine, and I appreciate the focus on antioxidant and overall wellness support. Overall, a great addition if you’re looking to support healthy aging and general health.

What’s not to like?

The claim on the bottle says for “the maintenance of good health. Resveratrol is an antioxidant but this version has so much more. The main ingredients are trans-40 mg and 40 mg Vitamin C and then some Quercetin, Rosemary extract, and Black pepper oleoresin. It’s sustainably sourced, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, and Non-GMO

I have used other AOR products before and have always been happy with them. I’ve been taking the Alta-resveratrol for two weeks and it has increased my energy. I have MS so anything that is gives me extra energy and his healthy is a good thing. It is easy on the stomach and didn’t cause any nausea. I’ll be adding this to my supplement routine.

I didn't know much about Reservatrol prior to receiving this product other than it had to do with antioxidants. I love that it is sustainably sourced from Japanese Knotweed, an invasive species. At 40mg a capsule, it would be impossible to eat enough grapes and berries a day! Like any supplement, the effects are not instant, but I have noticed improvement in my sleep (staying asleep) and felt less fatigue slumps. I will continue to use it and monitor the improvements I notice. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Great supplement!

I have been taking AOR Acta-Resveratrol for the past 2 weeks and I am happy with the results. good quality antioxidant to maintain health

AOR Acta-Resveratrol is the main component in red wine and is an anti-oxidant supplement that helps to combat the damaging effects of free radicals in the body. I've been taking this Resveratrol for a few weeks now, and I think it is making a difference in how I feel. When I take this, I feel more energetic, and my skin looks more radiant. The capsules seem high quality and are easy to take - one capsule a day is all that you need! I also appreciate that AOR is a proudly Canadian company. Nice antioxidant

Didn't work for me

I was unfamiliar about AOR Resveratrol so I looked it up online. It is an antioxidant with promising benefits. It is a Canadian made product. For those that don't like taking pills, the capsule size is not too big and easy to swallow. It is advised that you take 1 capsule a day with meals. Unfortunately I have been using this product for 2+ weeks and have not felt or noticed a change.
