I didn't know much about Reservatrol prior to receiving this product other than it had to do with antioxidants. I love that it is sustainably sourced from Japanese Knotweed, an invasive species. At 40mg a capsule, it would be impossible to eat enough grapes and berries a day! Like any supplement, the effects are not instant, but I have noticed improvement in my sleep (staying asleep) and felt less fatigue slumps. I will continue to use it and monitor the improvements I notice. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

Nice antioxidant

My first time trying Acta-Resveratrol @aorhealth 💚 Resveratrol is an antioxidant which is the main component in red wine that is responsible for its great health benefits.🍷A great way to support cardiovascular health and promote healthy aging. ❤️ I love how convenient it is to take one capsule a day and it is easily absorbed by the body. Canadian made & did not upset my stomach

I got this product for free in the mail and was not familiar about AOR Resveratrol so i looked it up online and realized it is a potent antioxidant with promising benefits. It appears to be high quality and Canadian made product. The capsule size is not too big or small, easy to swallow. There is this distinct herby smell but not overpowering so i don't really taste it when i take it. It was also advised to take 1 capsule a day with meals probably because it might cause gastric upset but so far for me, i haven't experienced any stomach related side effects, making it easier for me to take it everyday.

Building supplement routine

This supplement uses sustainably sourced Japanese Giant Knotweed to give you all of the health benefits found in red wine, without drinking the alcohol. It’s incredibly high in antioxidants that help support our cardiovascular health. Besides the cardiovascular benefits that can be found by taking this supplement, it’s also being studied in regard to many other possible health benefits; including anti-inflammatory properties. This has been a great addition to my daily supplements and vitamins.

Protect your omega-3s with antioxidants

Ever since I learned how as Westerns our diets are heavily depleted in beneficial omega-3s fatty acids, ive been incorporating supplements. As I get older I want to also enhance these benefits. One step towards this goal is understanding synergistic nutrients to omega-3s that I already take. Omega-3 fatty acid players EPA and DHA are fragile to oxidation and antioxidants are great synergistic partners by reducing oxidative stress. Omega-3 metabolites and antioxidants also share anti-inflammatory properties.

So when I read through the supplements options from @aorhealth the antioxidants caught my attention. Now I always pair an antioxidant with my omega-3s on the daily. AOR uses two antioxidants Vitamin C and acta-resveratrol.
