Green Tea Benefits

I'm very excited to be trying this active green tea supplement. It's a non GMO, Proudly Canadian product. I take 3 capsules per day with food. The capsules look a bit large but I have no trouble swallowing them with water and it left no bad after taste. The three capsules per day provides similar benefits to that of consuming 10 cups of green tea without having to drink that large quantity every day. I like that it helps increase antioxidant capacity in your blood. It also contains a bit of caffeine. I will continue taking them for the health benefits.

A good option

I really like this supplement . There’s no yucky flavor and they are easy to swallow. It’s hard to tell if it’s making a difference or not, but it’s definitely not making a negative change !

AOR Active green tea

I received this product through butterly to review. I have been using it for 14 days while also adopting a clean eating life style. I definitely feel better, I don’t have leg cramps at night anymore. I am not sure if that has anything to do with the green tea capsules or not but I will take it. Take one capsule with food 3x a day. There are 90 capsules in the bottle. The bottle states helps protect plasma and lipoproteins from oxidative damage by increasing blood antioxidant capacity. Would definitely try this again or any of there other products
