I truly love how this is backed by science, not just a claim that needs to be taken at face value. It’s actually proven. I also appreciate that it’s a preventative measure, which is exactly what we need as moms. We’re always on the go, so we’re really putting those bones to good use. A great supplement for bone health

I recieved this item for my honest review, and after taking the supplement for quite a few days I noticed that my bones didnt ache as much in the morning. I have a family history of weak bones, bad backs, and breaks as we age. My aunt and my grandmother both have had broken bones as they got older. With losing bone density as we age, increasing calcium isnt always easy for someone who has issues with dairy. I am always looking for supplements that I can add to my diet to increase my health. This is an easy supplement to add to my arsenal.

AOR Advanced bone protection is backed by science and is found to be effective for maintaining bone mineral density.
This product contains MBP - 40 mg which is a protein specifically found in milk and is considered really effective in maintaining bone density as well as in the absorption of Calcium. Getting more intentional with my body

when i first started using these i could feel a bit of a difference, after using them for a few weeks. This is something i have had a hard time dealing with since other products never worked or just made my bones work, but after using these i can feel a bit of a difference and i will continue to use these on a daily basis, i want my bones to be healthy and stable in the long run, so thank you AOR for giving me these samples and providing my body with the health it needs.

Keeping bones healthy & strong

For me, a neccessity

A winter ankle fracture and wrist/hand issues were a wakeup call. The doctor told me to build-up my bone mineral density. Weight train, eat better, and use vitamins to prevent osteoporosis. After spending months in a boot cast and wrist braces i am committed to making my bones strong. NO more bone loss! I want mobility: walk and play with my dog without struggling.

I needed these!!

I've been taking these supplements for a week and a half so I haven't noticed anything yet... BUT, I love all the benefits that MBP and strontium provides! It increases my bone mineral density which we need as we age, along with improving our collagen production.
I appreciate the size as they're easy to swallow AND prefer gelatin capsules over tablets.

Really helpful
