Good to take during cold and flue season

AORS health cold and flu supplement has been great to take even when I am not sick.
It helped boost my immune system to help me not get sick. I am a mom and I get sick at least once a month.
The capsules are small yet okay. One thing I wish was you didn’t have to take 3 capsules a day but instead one alongside breakfast.
