Unsure if it is effective ultimately

I received this product to try for free and though I do understand that Niacin is a good supplement, I was instantly put off because of the size of the caplets.

They don't taste like anything and the contents are well contained, I already take a handful of dry pills daily and larger sized pills are hard for me to swallow. Because of this I couldn't take it often enough to see if there was any positive effect.
I also have a chronic condition so it is challenging to know if supplements of not. Probably not something I would personally go out and buy. Maybe in smaller size or gummies I'd find it more appealing.

Good way to get your vitamins in

I’ve been taking this for over a month now. I struggle with taking a lot of vitamins, but I’ve noticed a big change in my body after a couple weeks I’ve taken this. Also it helps with hair growth and nails.

This is a great supplement. I had zero side effects and no flushing. I have heard of people taking niacin and feeling ill or sweaty but this is great with no flushing. I was hesitant to try this for my health but it is a great add on to get more niacin into my diet!

Niacin without the crash

As someone use to taking alot of supplements, I know that flush and crash feeling that comes from taking Niacin. That weak, shakey feeling comes on fast but with AOR's Niacin No Flush it didn't hit like it normally would. Definitely one to keep on hand and add to your dose if daily supplementation.

A Truly No-Flush Niacin

AOR has come out with a brand of Niacin that promises to give you all the health benefits of Vitamin B3 without the nasty side effect “Niacin Flush”.
I have taken Niacin in the past but had a bad reaction. Not realizing it’s a common reaction with most forms of Niacin, I immediately stopped taking it. The redness, stinging, and hot face didn't seem healthy to me. I vowed to never take it again.
But AOR has changed my tune.
Unlike other brands, they use a unique form of Niacin called Inositol Hexanicotinate or IHN. This allows the Niacin to be released slowly into the body preventing the flushing effect.
I found this rather intriguing and decided it would be beneficial to give Niacin another try.
Afterall, Vitamin B3 is an essential nutrient. It is required in many crucial biological functions including cellular energy production and even DNA repair.

I had really upset stomach and dry mouth from the product, I had discussed with my naturopath and she advised that this was one reason she didn't recommend this to me as she thought i would have these issues.
