Unsure if it is effective ultimately

I received this product to try for free and though I do understand that Niacin is a good supplement, I was instantly put off because of the size of the caplets.

They don't taste like anything and the contents are well contained, I already take a handful of dry pills daily and larger sized pills are hard for me to swallow. Because of this I couldn't take it often enough to see if there was any positive effect.
I also have a chronic condition so it is challenging to know if supplements of not. Probably not something I would personally go out and buy. Maybe in smaller size or gummies I'd find it more appealing.

I had really upset stomach and dry mouth from the product, I had discussed with my naturopath and she advised that this was one reason she didn't recommend this to me as she thought i would have these issues.
