I’ve been enjoying adding AOR Probiotic-3 to my daily routine. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that this probiotic is proudly Canadian and backed by science. I also like that it’s shelf stable, making it convenient to keep on hand without worrying about refrigeration.

Great for gut health

💜 AOR Probiotic-3 💜

I've been taking this probiotic for around the last 3 weeks and feel like it has been helping with digestion! I do personally struggle with IBS and GERD, and lately feel my symptoms are lessened. Probiotics are also great to help with restoring good gut bacteria if you've taken antibiotics recently. This probiotic can also be helpful in supporting gastrointestinal health and overall health since our gut health and overall health has a strong connection. I really love that this company is Canadian too (gotta support all things Canada! 🇨🇦) My only wish was that the capsule was slightly smaller - I had no issue swallowing it but my mom did find it a bit large.

AOR does have research and science to back their products, which reassures me as to their efficacy. They have a lot of various different supplements that you can find online or at a local health food store! Next time you're in need of supplements consider AOR to support Canadian ❤️

Great Gluten-Free Probiotics

I struggle with gut health
