So far so good!

So I've been taking AOR Probiotic 3 for about a week now and honestly, I'm already noticing some differences in this Canadian product. The first couple days I was a little gassy lol — like my stomach was trying figuring things out. The bloating has gone down a lot which I'm super happy about, and my bathroom trips have been way more regular. Like, things are actually moving the way they should.
It's only been a week so I can't say too much yet but I'm definitely curious to see how I feel after a full month. So far though, pretty happy with it!

Best for gut health

AOR Probiotic 3 made a significant change in my digestion. It is different from other probiotics as it intended to promotes gut floral balance to reduce gut inflammation. The unique blend of three strains support immunity and improves gut health. I take it in the morning or sometimes at night too. I experienced less bloating and more regularity. The packaging is off high quality and the ingredients are excellent.
