    Easy to Use

Most of us don’t get enough fibre in our diet. I was skeptic so at first whether it would be helpful for me, but after having a glass of this every evening it really did help with regularity. It’s unflavoured but dissolves easily, so I would add a splash of fresh lemon juice which was just right. I love that it’s a Canadian brand and non-GMO. A great and easy way to add fibre to your diet.

    Didn’t upset stomach

Loved trying this Canadian made fibre! I suggest using a fork or whisk and a lot of liquid to help mix the powder into your drink effectively. It congeals almost immediately into one clump and is difficult to dissolve. I think this is just the way fibre products are. I didn’t notice any off taste in my drink, and although the drinks I used were slightly thickened from the fibre I didn’t find it difficult to down the contents of the glass quickly. I didn’t notice a large improvement in the bathroom but it didn’t make things worse which is great.

A must have for stomach problem girlies.

This is a must have for me and my mom, who regularly suffer from IBS symptoms as well as get glutened easily from celiac disease. I get easily constipated and as I am getting older, my stomach has gotten more unpredictable. I am glad to have this to help relieve symptoms, including gas, bloating and constipation. I find I don’t need two full scoops, 1 or 1.5 scoops is enough for me. This doesn’t taste like much mixed in with water, so it’s not a problem to drink. I love that it is gluten free and good for my gut.

Easy way too add fibre to your diet

Each serving of Solufibre provides 5g of partially hydrolyzed guar gum for the maintenance of healthy gastrointestinal functions. This includes helping intestinal regularity, providing gentle relief of constipation, relieving minor discomfort and symptoms of IBS, and helping to reduce glycemic response & glycemic index when taken with food.

It is easy to mix with any liquid (I just put mine in plain water) and dissolves fast and has no taste (even though it does make water murky looking), so it’s easy to incorporate into everyday life.

    Aor Solufiber

“Hey guys, I recently tried AOR Solufibre as a fibre supplement, and I wanted to give my honest review.

I liked that it mixes easily and it’s a great product overall, especially if you’re looking for a simple fibre option. It also didn’t thicken too much, which some people might really prefer.

For me personally, I still prefer Metamucil—especially during pregnancy—because I found it worked better for my needs and helped more with regularity and comfort.

That said, Solufibre wasn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t the best fit for me right now. I’ll definitely continue trying it again after pregnancy to see if my preference changes.

If you’ve tried it too, let me know your thoughts in the comments!

    Belle option

A Vegan, Low-FODMAP Fiber for Everyday Gut Support

After about 2 weeks of daily use, I noticed an improvement in my bowel regularity. I deal with occasional constipation, and this provided gentle, effective relief without discomfort. It's low FODMAP, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO, which I really appreciate. And I'm all about supporting Canadian product, so that was a bonus!
Solufibre comes as a powder, with instructions to take 1–2 scoops daily. I personally used 1 scoop per day, as that was sufficient for me. I mixed it with 200 ml of coconut water, which really helped improve both the taste and texture. The instructions recommend stirring briskly and drinking immediately. I found that mixing with a spoon didn’t work well, as it left lumps, which took away from the experience. Using an electronic frother, however, made a big difference—it mixed the powder quickly and smoothly, with no lumps at all. I would definitely recommend this method for best results.
I'll keep using it until I finish the bottle. Not sure if I'll repurchase, but so far it's been a positive experience for digestive support.
