No personal benefits noticed

I did not notice any benefits from this product. I wouldn’t buy it again as it wouldn’t be worth it for me. I am a fairly healthy 36 year old woman and this supplement isn’t one I’d add to my daily routine

Couldn’t handle it

I tried this for a couple of weeks first before reviewing. I noticed that I was getting heart palpitations on the days I used it and they stopped when I stopped using it. I will not be continuing with this product.

Great Canadian Product

I used AOR's Taurine for about 7 days. I didn't notice a major difference but that may be because of other medications or the fact that you don't always feel the benefits of supplements. I do like that while I can't feel a difference it is supporting my cardiovascular health. I also appreciate that it is made in Canada.

A great add on to my routine

I was feeling no energy and hard to focus on my work. So a friend told me about Taurine and its benefits, and I decided to give it a try. In less than 2 weeks, I already noticed the difference, and more than energy, this amino acid helps a lot in other areas of my health and body. I'm happy with it.

This specific brand is Canadian which is always a plus. As we age we start to lose Taurine so it is beneficial to take the supplements. I can't say I feel any different while taking them, but I do know how important Taurine is so I will continue to take them and purchase them in the future for my husband and I. I will choose this brand as it Proudly Canadian and we should all support Canadian products.

Great supplement

AOR Taurine - 270 Caps
Taurine is second most important amino acid in human body and keeps heart healthy. I take three capsules daily with or without food. I feel really good since I start taking these and didn’t see any side effect.
Overall, this canadian made wellness supplement supports cardiovascular function and good source of an important amino acid abudant in the heart.

It is vegan, non GMO and gluten free.
