I was feeling no energy and hard to focus on my work. So a friend told me about Taurine and its benefits, and I decided to give it a try. In less than 2 weeks, I already noticed the difference, and more than energy, this amino acid helps a lot in other areas of my health and body. I'm happy with it.

This specific brand is Canadian which is always a plus. As we age we start to lose Taurine so it is beneficial to take the supplements. I can't say I feel any different while taking them, but I do know how important Taurine is so I will continue to take them and purchase them in the future for my husband and I. AOR Taurine - 270 Caps
Taurine is second most important amino acid in human body and keeps heart healthy. I take three capsules daily with or without food. I feel really good since I start taking these and didn’t see any side effect.
Overall, this canadian made wellness supplement supports cardiovascular function and good source of an important amino acid abudant in the heart.

Great product

I'm very happy with this product. I didn't know this product existed before but it's amazing to have something that helps cardiac function and is proven. I have a family history of heart issues so I love this product. I do wish it was take just once a day but it is easy enough to take.
