I have used Arnica Montana many times on the advice of my naturopath. At the start of pain in my knee, I reach for the little dispenser and put the little pellets under my tongue.

One of my cats has joint problems and she had difficulty walking on one of her front paws. I did some research and I found that Arnica is very good to help cats and dogs with osteoporosis or joint pain so after asking my vet about it, I started giving her one caplet a day and she is doing much better. I am happy I found this natural remedy to help her with pain management.

This a great quality product. I used it for pain management when I had a fall. There was no need for a muscle relaxant as this product worked wonders.I highly recommend this product!
