Reliable and so cute

Great option for pups!

I am a tasty treat, for insects that is ;)

I hate insect bites!! And of course they absolutely love me and my pups, so I am always on the look out for options to keep all of us from getting bit, especially by ticks.

I was thrilled to receive new options from Butterly and Atlantick Repellent Products to try for free.

Atlantick Repellent is a 100% natural repellent that has been approved to be safe for families, pups and horses. Another great item Atlantick makes and sent me is a Lava Hair Band/Dog Collar, the lava beads absorb the spray which allow it to be continually released while the wearer goes about their fun. I love using this for my pups to keep them safe from ticks and mosquitoes.

I have been using the spray and the collar for the pups for a bit now, walks with the pups, gardening, and enjoying time outside in general.

I have to say that the smell is strong but pleasant. For the pups I have not noticed any ticks or bugs floating around the pups. It’s difficult to speak to the effectiveness against ticks with the pups overall but I have noticed fewer insects flying around their faces especially.

I am going to keep using the repellent for all of us in different situations to see how it continues to perform. What I will say is that insect repellent is something that works differently for everyone, interacts differently for each person based on their own physiology. So I recommend that if you are looking for an alternative repellent option than give Atlantick a try and see how it works for you and your pups :)

Looks good and versatile

I tried this as a bracelet on myself and as a collar for my dog Alice. It was easy to adjust and looks good. The lava beads soak up the spray and hold the oils scent. Alice didn’t mind it on her at all and she was happy to wear it. I would get another in a different colour so I could have one and Alice could have hers. It’s a great idea to keep the spray near you but not directly on you.

Works great wish it was more adjustable

Works great when you add the spray to it to make it last longer and repel the bugs and ticks for longer. Just spray it on the lava beads. I just wish it was more adjustable or came in different colours.

Dog Collar

We used it in our Pug and it fit well because he has a big neck, it was effective at he wasn’t bitten as the days before prior start using the collar. He could walk easily and he didn’t remove it that means it was comfortable for him to have it during the whole hiking. It was not too invasive after adding the spray and the smell wasn't strong either.

Genius Product

I hate ticks with a passion and have many times not taken my dogs to a park or through long grass. I love the lava bead collar as it fits me and both of my dogs! 100% a must buy !

My dog nephew loved this on our hike

I went hiking with my dog nephew and put this around him and after the hike, he didn't have any ticks. There were no bugs on him, but towards the end of the hike I saw a bug just floating on top of his head but not actually coming close to him. I'd say that this did its job.

Love the style

When I first saw this, I was so excited about the style. I love the look and the colour of the band. So cool that you can use it as a dog collar, hair band or bracelet. It feels nice and light and comfortable. The absorbent lava beads hold the scent longer to create a wearable, slow-releasing barrier that ticks hate. I love that this is a safe and natural way to keep the ticks and mosquito’s away. It is so easy for on the go and you can reuse it again and again.

Stylish and protected!

This lava bead collar is a great idea! I don’t have to spray anything directly on my dog or myself so it doesn’t have to be washed off at the end of the day. Just have to put this collar on and either me or my dog is protected!
