I didn't care for it

I personally didn't care for the exfoliator. Its a cream, but a runny cream. I was expecting a small amount of granules in it, but there wasn't. Not really an issue, I used this on my face and body. I didn't feel cleansed, in fact on my face, it felt like I had just put a coating on my face.
My skin felt thick, not clean, it didn't feel like any dirt, dead skin or oil had been removed. In fact because of this added coating it felt like I now had, I had to rewash my face with another cleanser.
Being such a runny cream it was hard to wash your body, its like washing with very thin hair conditioner.
It took a lot of rubbing and elbow grease on my end to remove any dirt and dead skin.
Way more work than I would normally have to do with my regular body cleanser.
There wasn't any smell or perfume in it, which was nice.
The tube was easy enough to dispense from.

Cleanser

So I thought this would exfoliate my skin - it does say gentle exfoliate, but I didn't find it did anything but cleanse my face. It was ok, a bit too runny for my liking for a face cleanser

Basic cleanser

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I was excited to try this product because Aveeno never disappoints me and I was in need of an exfoliator. I feel like this product didn’t work for me or it didn’t really clean my face as well as I thought. It’s good that it has no fragrance so it’s gentle on sensitive skin but I feel like it was very basic.

Runny

Product was gentle on skin but was very runny and oily. Hard to rub in ! Skin was soft after use. I like the no scent factor.

Too gentle exfoliator

The texture and colour of this exfoliant seemed like sunscreen. I do not like the smell of the product. It did not feel like I was exfoliating my face. It felt more like a hydrating cream, but it did remove the excess oil from my skin. My face seemed a bit lighter after using the product.

Not a fan

This wasn’t for me. I didn’t notice a difference after using it and the consistency is quite watery. Using it on dry skin would probably be more effective. It smells kind of like play dough. I do like that oat oil was used and I do think it would be gentle on sensitive skin.

Not the greatest averno product

I’ve tried many different lines of aveeno products and loved them all. Specially the ones geared towards sensitive skin. This product I received in enhance for a honest review. I used this product both first thing in the morning with my face washing routine as well as at night time before bed. Upon using the exfoliation wash I noticed it did not lather very well. The bottle indicated it could be used on either dry or wet skin. Both methods did not give a lather. It felt very lotion like upon application. The bottle also indicated it could be washed off with warm water or wipes off. I also tried both methods and both did not result in a freshly washed feel. There was also a lack of exfoliation feeling to my face after application. The one thing I did enjoy about this product is that it truly was scent free. It doesn’t have a strong lingering smell nor did it have that weird scent that most “scent free” products contain. I personally wouldn’t purchase this item as it didn’t work well for me. I enjoy a good lathering scrub and a refreshing feel. Which this product did not provide.

Disappointing

I have very dry skin and it can be a bit sensitive. I usually love aveeno products but this one was a miss for me. I did like that it was hypoallergenic and fragrance free. However it left my skin feeling greasy and did not rinse off well. It felt filmy and grimy almost. My skin did feel hydrated after use so I can see that it protects the moisture barrier but my skin did not feel clean at all. It claims there is exfoliating properties but I didn’t feel like it exfoliated at all. Overall I wouldn’t buy this as there are better aveeno products I have tried before that do the same thing better.
