I'm a Belief-er!

Hi, I use toner now. This has secure, straightforward packaging and a barely-there scent of cleanliness and witch hazel. The thicker-than-usual consistency allows me to apply with my hands before makeup to better control the amount as it's (surprisingly) extremely moisturizing. I love to wild out with a cotton pad before bed, though! Dry skin will drink this stuff up. It's definitely leaving mine softer, clearer and so hydrated that I could skip moisturizer, if Belief didn't make those too.
