Although I usually buy 100% whole wheat bread, I thought I'd give this a try as it was available at the same price as the smaller whole wheat loaf. It is made with Canadian honey and a small amount of whole wheat flour, giving it the texture of white bread with just a hint of sweetness. I wouldn't make it my staple bread for sandwiches, but it is a nice treat, especially at breakfast. It toasts up nicely, too.
