Creamy like chocolate milk!

As someone who exercise regularly, I have always been looking for supplement to add extra protein to my daily diet; it is essential element for our body to get amino acid! Flavour wise, BOOST was quite creamy like chocolate milk; plus, it does not have the harsh protein taste in the mouth afterwards. Would recommend!

The boost chocolate latte flavor is by far the best flavor there is out there. I always have them on hand they are grest for a busy mom to make sure u are getting everything u need

Surprisingly tasty

I have been sick lately and on a doctor-recommended liquid diet. As someone who loves food that definitely bummed me out. The first thing I did was head to Shopper's Drugmart and pick up a variety pack of Boost Original. Having experienced this before, I knew the other flavours are much better than a lot of meal replacement drinks I've had, but I was pleasantly surprised at the Chocolate Latte (the pack contained one). It honestly tasted more like a little milk shake than a usually chalky meal replacement drink. I'd definitely recommend!
