Amazing shears!

These shears worked great for our serving of duck! The blade is sturdy and the handle fits comfortably. Sharp cutter

Wasn't too sure how effective these were going to be when I got it...but have to say, redefined the way I cut meat now. It is so easy to use and there is so much control on the cut that this is going into my daily use drawer immediately! Must have!
