It accommodates several ribs in an ideal arrangement for even grilling. When flipped over, it transforms into a practical roast rack. Premium roasting rack

Being able to use the roast rack dually is such a dream. To roast my chicken and it cooks evenly on both side is such a plus. You can use this on your grill for your ribs or chicken and even in your oven which I really liked. The quality of the Roaster is top tier so you know that this is going to last you for a long time.

Awesome tool for a delicious rotisserie chicken!

Rotisserie chicken is an absolute staple when it comes to Portuguese cuisine. While I could never duplicate their exact recipe, I can definitely (try!) and cook up a great chicken roast on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

I used Brander's Ribbit Rib & Roast Rack atop of your average roasting rack so I can catch all of the drippings to later make a tasty gravy. It can be used like a basket to hold things like whole chickens or pork loin and if you flip it, you can place racks of ribs for easier cooking in your smoker.

I made some super tasty oven-roasted potatoes and a salad (Greek, can you sense a theme here?) alongside the chicken. The dinner was delicious (because I made it, duh) and the rack made all the difference. It was just as easy to clean as it was to use - I didn't have to scrub much at all and it was squeaky clean!

I can't wait to use this rack again, hopefully on the BBQ once the weather warms up for good....Because I don't know about you, but this unseasonably warm weather feels like a trap!

Perfect for ribs

This was such a fun experience using this rack for the first time. We had fired up the grill and we were inspired to have ribs. It’s very sturdy and it helps making dinner be convenient, it definitely withstands the heat and we look forward to using it for a roast dinner in the future.

The Ribbit Reversible Rib & Roast Rack is pure genius! Used it for ribs on Friday - held 3 racks perfectly angled for even cooking. Then flipped it Sunday for a pork roast and was blown away by how evenly it cooked. The design promotes perfect air circulation around the meat. It's incredibly sturdy and easy to clean. The versatility saves so much storage space in my grilling cabinet. Already planning to use it for our Thanksgiving turkey! Worth every penny for serious grillers.

This is a great addition I didn’t know I needed. It worked great as a rib rack in the oven. Cleaning was easy—just wipe down the big chunks and straight to the dishwasher. I look forward to barbecue season to really put this to use.
