Easy way to add fibre
This product is an easy way to add fibre into foods you’re already eating. My favourite way to use it is by mixing it into pasta sauce. Unfortunately, it is not tasteless, so you will detect that it’s there. It also slightly changes the texture. It helps me stay regular and decreases the amount of bloating I have after eating heavier meals.
Easy Way to Add More Fibre to My Meals
Just tried Brightside Organic Natural Fibre, and my first impression is really positive. I like that it's made with natural/organic ingredients, and is so easy to use! Just mix it into the foods you already enjoy.
I've been adding it to my morning oats, and it's an easy addition to a breakfast I already love.
Adding fibre daily supports more than just digestion and is an important part of a balanced diet. I'm excited to keep incorporating it into my routine.
Thank you Butterly for the opportunity to try it!
Amazing
I made the no bake fiber balls and I have one everyday before my meals. I have started to feel great and healthy after taking these. I felt that these fiber balls have helped me with my digestion. Also my cholesterol levels have been great. The best is that it has regulated my blood sugar by slowing down the glucose absorption. My blood sugar has gone down. I have them before I have proteins and carbs and it really helps because that way I can enjoy my carbs too.
Easy to add to smoothies
Making sure you have enough fibre in your diet can be hard, so having ingredients on hand to help with that can be helpful if you are trying to incorporate more fibre into your diet. It is a powder made of ground flax seed, psyllium husk, fenugreek, dandelion root, burdock root. There's no added sugar, colours or flavours so it's fairly neutral in flavour. The label suggests adding 3 tablespoons of the fibre to your diet daily. Adding it into smoothies and on top of yogurt or oatmeal is an easy win. However, incorporating it into recipes is a bit harder. I am still unclear whether this would replace dry ingredients in a recipe or simply just add and if so, how much and how much liquid should be added to account for the added dryness. I tried it with a tuna cake recipe and it was just ok but tbh honest a bit dry. I then tried it in a tuna salad recipe and it was better most likely because there was a lot of liquid in the dressing. I also added it to soup with mixed results - depending on what type of soup and how much was mixed in. Warning to whisk in quickly to avoid clumping! I do wish there was a guide to how to incorporate it into cooking. They have recipes in the site but even just a basic guide that suggests how much liquid needs to be added if any. I'm going to continue to add it to my yogurt and smoothies but will have to do a little more research to see how to add it into my recipes beyond that because I do like the fact that it is made of while food sources - only 5 ingredients! And that they offer the added benefits of extra plant-based nutrients, aiding in digestion and feeling more satiated.
this really helped me
Slow mornings and a little self-love. 🤍 Just one tablespoon of Natura Fibrein water before breakfast. I usually mix it into my pancakes or yogurt, but today I needed something quick and simple. 🌿
I love that it’s a “clean” fibre made of real plants like dandelion root and flax—no added sugars or refined stuff. It balances my cholesterol, keeps me happily full, and truly boosts my mood through that gut-brain connection. ✨ Taking care of yourself should feel this easy!
Wow
It was easy to add into my routine as I make overnight oats everyday and adding in one more ingredient to help my digestion and improve my gut health. Super easy and never had a problem with it.
A Simple Gut Health Ritual
The Brightside Organics Natura Fibre feels different because it is made with real, whole-food ingredients instead od synthetic powders. I love that it contains only 5 ingredients and still delivers such a poweful fibre boost.
This is a 10 out of 10 product
I am a huge dessert fanatic but I am on a health journey and wanting to create more healthier alternatives to regular treats. I used bright side organics natura fibre for this gluten-free brownie recipe and it was amazing everyone in the household loved it! I love that it was packed with healthy fiber and it was gone in a few days!
Great source of fibre
I loved this product. Not only it's natural and made with clean ingredients, but it also has a good texture and flavour when it's either baked, mixed or as toppings. I would recommend.
I love how easy it is to add into any recipe!
We've been using Brightside Organics Natura Fibre in everyday recipes, and I love how simple it is to incorporate into foods we already enjoy. I recently added it to homemade oatmeal cookies, and it blended in easily without affecting the texture or flavour. As someone who values wholesome ingredients and homemade food, I appreciate that it’s made from whole-food sources rather than relying on artificial additives or overly processed ingredients. It feels like an easy and practical way to add more fibre into our daily routine. I also like knowing we’re supporting digestive wellness while still enjoying family favourites.
