i used with my son and he loves it the only down side to this is when they have chubby legs they get stuck in the hole and i wish the back was a little higher for more neck support

The Bumbo is amazing for babies to start learning head control. It also strengthens their upper core body muscles.

Both of my kids used their bumbo and we loved it! They loved the freedom of sitting up and watching what was going on around them and I loved the support they were getting. The only downside was that their chubby baby legs got stuck in the leg holes so it was sometimes tricky getting them out.

My son can only be in his chair for 20 mins and if I turn on the TV hes going for 25 mins. he can't stand this chair. But the one thing that I have learned is that 25 ins of quiet that I get to do what I want for a little bit is worth every penny. On the plus side he would only be in it for 15 mins when I first put him in it.

Fantastic thing to have. Love it!!!

My son is 4 and a half months and uses the Bumbo daily. We purchased it second hand and has no wear and tear. The tray is very handy. Difficult to put on, but useful. My only complaint is the price. I would not have bought it new as it is very expensive.

I was given this as a gift and have to say I would never buy it myself or for anyone else.

My daughter never looked comfortable in this chair (even though she was old enough and developed enough to use it) and just tried her best to get out of it. It became more of a hazard than something actually useful.

The tray is a waste of money as it doesn't stay on very securely.

I am not a fan of the gumbo chair thought it was a great idea but my kids could get out of it so it wasn't really what I had thought. Both my kids didn't like to be in there and cried if I put them in. So for me I say not worth it but I know friends with different opinions of this chair

My son was 11.4lbs when he was born...so chunky thighs doesn't begin to describe he beautiful baby thighs...so he did not fit in a bumbo seat very well...however we have tons of friends with much smaller children who use them all the time and love them...I believe the can be very handy for the right child...love that they are easy to travel with and store, and wipe clean...

This seat is only good if your baby is smaller. My son was never able to use it because his thighs would never comfortably fit in this seat. I can see the usefulness of this seat but we were never able to make use of it.
