i haven't got one yet for my grandson ,, but i sure intend on buying one , i love the idea that they can sit up and look around , while it helps them be more independent as well , get idea and i will be trying one soon

Like all childrens products, it's important to decide when/if a product is good for your individual child. I know the packaging says it's good for newborns, but for us this was a little soon. By the time the kids were a few months old this was a wonderful product for them. I like that I can be doing things in the kitchen for example and they could be sitting on the counter in the chair close to me. I feel that this chair helped them learn how to sit better. You Betcha I think he Bumbo Baby Seat is a great product.

I was given this for 2 of by 4 children. I do like the convenince of the chair I can have my son sitting with me at all times and I know he is safe. But I would not agree it is for newborns as advertised on the box. I have a 3 month old right now who is only just starting to enjoy sitting in it. My 2 year old still steals it and uses it as his chair to watch tv in. Over all good product.

I bought mine used as I did not want to have to pay $50 plus an extra $20 for the play tray. It works really well and my daughter loves it but I would never pay the price of it new in the store. The only thing that is mildly disappointing (not a big factor at all but I'm just nit pickey), is that after a while the paint starts to fade on the inside of the seat revealing the ugly yellowish colour of the material underneath.

I absolutely loved this thing when my little one would sit in it. I find it helps them learn to sit up a little better. Not worth the price you pay for it but overall good quality.

I had one for my younger child but not my older. I bought mine second hand as the price is way too much for the use we got out of it.

For both of my children we used the Bumbo on a few occasions. My children had large legs and there was only a short window where they would comfortably fit and sit in the chair. Though we did not use it all of the time, I would still recommend as an essential baby product.

This are great for building neck strength. I would recommend that you don't sit a baby in this seat unless they have some strength. Keeps good posture, and is soft for babies to sit on.

We had one of these for our son but honestly we barely ever used it. They grow out of them so quickly. By the time they are big enough to sit in them they're big enough to get out of them and aren't willing to sit in it for long. Still a neat idea. Good resale value too.

They grow out of them quickly but it works well when they still fit! It is durable, easy to clean and doesn't tip over when the little ones are sitting in them. Also it has slide out of place, it has a rubber, non-slip bottom.
