Turkey Franks are tasty and versatile

Tried out the Butterball Turkey Frank’s in a different way - on pizza! I love these franks as besides being lower fat than their pork counterparts they are gluten free and taste great.

Lesser fat franks for my family

It’s a great alternative to our usual franks or sausage in the market. It has a lower fat content than regular hot dogs which is great for people who have certain dietary restrictions. You can either boil it for 6 minutes or cook it in BBQ for 10 minutes. One piece is so filling and my family enjoyed it! And ultimately, it’s Canadian brand so that’s a plus for me!

Healthy n Delicious options

I eat sausage with everything, so its great to find an healthy option so that i can worry leas and it also tastes great. I will definitely be buy more.

Decent as far as hotdogs go

Butterball turkey franks are a decent option as far as hot dogs go, I used them camping and they were good. I wouldn’t personally purchase again just do to the filler ingredients. I prefer a higher protein option.

They're alright

Hotdogs are big part of the summer diet in my household and I often try to find somewhat healthier alternatives for my family if I can. So, I thought it would be great to try these Butterball Turkey Franks for free in return for my honest review. After trying them out all I can say is that they are just an ok hotdog. To be honest, the flavour is pretty bland. It doesn't really have the classic kind of savoury hotdog taste. It's not exactly bad, just not great either. Definitely not memorable. I had to load mine up with all the toppings just to get some flavour going. On their own, they're pretty disappointing. The texture isn't really my cup of tea either. They're a bit on the softer side and they don't get that satisfying snap when you bite into them. We grilled and pan fried them and they still ended up kind of mushy. They do cook up quickly, which is plus if you're in a hurry but so do normal hotdogs so that's not really a big plus. Overall, they're not terrible, and for the price, I guess you get what you pay for. They get the job done, but that is about it - Product gifted by Butterball Canada.

Turkey for us!

My family prefers turkey franks over pork so I was ecstatic when we received the opportunity to try Butterball turkey franks original flavor. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a gluten-free, pork free, lactose free, meat option. With 6 grams of protein in each frank. The smell and flavor is delicious. My family is happy!

Really good

We really enjoyed these hot dogs .. a really nice change from all beef .. they had a more subtle taste that paired really well with their turkey bacon and fresh cheese

Tasty for brunch

I very much enjoyed the sausages! I didn't find it too salty and it has a great texture. I scored it on both sides and it turned out really pretty. Had a little crispy skin.

Yummy and easy to cook!

Having a beef allergy makes it hard to fit in while camping. These franks were perfect! Easy to make (on a campfire) and taste delicious! Made me not feel left out! Will be purchasing these every summer!
