I was gifted this product and I already knew I would love it because Chapman's never misses. I tried the Cherry Chocolate Truffle flavor and it is absolutely divine! So creamy, luxurious, and flavorful. I'll definitely be purchasing this flavor and other Chapman's products in the future. Plus, it's Canadian!

Super Tasty Cherry Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream

I received the Chapman Super Premium Plus Ice cream for free in exchange for an honest review. I got the Cherry Chocolate Truffle flavour and this is the first time I’ve seen it in the freezer section. Chapman has been a household brand and our family absolutely love their products (especially now that the weather is warming up). Fully Canadian and family owned, they operate out of Markdale Ontario, which is not too far from us! I recently learned they only use Canadian dairy, which makes us even love them more. They make over 180 ice cream products, and at this rate, I think I will gain over 100 pounds to try them all!

Now back to this new Cherry Chocolate Truffle ice cream. There’s REAL cherries and little chocolate bits in the ice cream. It’s super smooth and delicious! I had to eat it in the kitchen to hide from the kids otherwise I’m pretty sure it’ll be gone within minutes. It’s not too sweet, I’d say just right for a cherry ice cream. If you’re worried about the cough-syrup-flavoured cherry taste (like I was), have no fear – it taste nothing like cough syrup at all! Definitely adding this to one of my go-to flavours!

One of my favourites!

I received this product for free from Butterly to review. This is the Cherry Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream by Chapmans. I love the smaller containers because I find when a tub of ice cream is opened for too long, it starts to taste weird. I love this snack sized ice cream because I can easily finish it within a month and won’t have to worry about it absorbing all the freezer flavours.
Chapmans has always made outstanding flavours and I love that you can eat it directly from the freezer. The consistency is perfect and you don’t have to wait for it to thaw a bit.
The ice cream contains the perfect balance and perfect amount of cherries and chocolate pieces. I’ve adored cherry ice cream since I was a kid so this is a nostalgic flavour for me too.
Overall, Chapmans always seems to impress. I see they have new flavours out too so I’m excited to try what’s new and exciting.

Nice crunchy choc pieces

I really liked this ice cream with the subtle but flavourful cherry flavour. I loved the pieces and the pieces of truffle chocolate! It was nice that not every bite had a piece in it so you could still really get the cherry flavour. It was super creamy and premium tasting as well.

Full of cherries & chocolatey

Loved the Cherry Chocolate Truffle flavour - full of chunks of dark cherries and a rich chocolate taste. Rich and indulgent! We love how it's peanut-free because we can serve it to friends who have allergies.

Absolutely obsessed, have repurchased 3X already!

Two of my favourite kinds of ice cream are cherry and brownie/chunky chocolate, so when I found out about Cherry Chocolate Truffle I was pretty sure I would like this ice cream. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint!!

The only disappointing thing is that my family really liked it too so they scarfed down most of it before I could have any. I immediately went to the store and bought 2 more and was able to get a proper taste of this treat. And once again, the fam jumped on board and demanded their fair share! So I have since bought it again (and finished it again) and will be buying more. I am also really excited to try some of the other flavours like the Cold Brew Coffee and the Chocolate + Brownie as those are two more I am specifically interested in.

A very delicious, very indulgent treat! Do yourself a favour and hide this from the kids, LOL!

Unbelievably Delicious

I’ve never tried the Chapman’s premium line, and now I’m never going back! The difference that comes from using real cream results in a smooth, rich flavour, and in this case it was cherry. It was just the perfect amount. It wasn’t overpowering and it tasted like real cherries, not artificial flavour. And the chunks of chocolate truffle were very generous. Paired with half cherry pieces, this ice cream was delightful. I don’t usually like fruit in my ice cream, but I am definitely making an exception with this one! Thanks, Chapman’s!
