Books are one of my passions. I find their store easy to navigate and it always has a great variety of products. It is always neat and tidy and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It has a great online site that is easy to use and the delivery times are reasonable. I did have a problem where they sent my order to another store across the country once but they worked with me to figure out what happened and got my books to me as quickly as possible.

Always a great experience to shop here. There is a wide variety of products and services and we always find something for everyone. Great prices, unique trinkets and gift ideas. The whole family loves a trip to Chapters Indigo.

Oh man. i LOVE Chapters / Indigo. Obsessed, is a good word.

If I can't make my way to a Chapters store, I am usually on Indigo searching for stuff. The books are always amazing, and you can find almost every book online and sometimes for even cheaper than the store has them.
The house items, although so gorgeous, can be pretty expensive so, that's a downer.

Love it though, definitely one of my favorite stores.

I love Chapters/Indigo. I love their selection, and their attention to detail and presentation. I'm not so fond of their proclivity towards overpricing their home wear items in order to deeply discount them within four weeks, but their book selection is great. I also appreciate how great their staff are - there are usually some true gems on site who can provide excellent recommendations for just about anything.

I imagine that the way I view Chapters is how many women view designer stores; it's my heaven. I cannot go into a Chapters location and leave without buying anything, I'm pretty sure it's impossible. In recent years, they're really upped their game in terms of home goods and their mugs are my absolute favourites.

I love Chapters! I can spend the whole day browsing the books there. I also like how they sell products that aren't books. I have bought some of my favorite scarves and bags from Chapters. But if you do want to buy books, you should go to the online store. It's cheaper, and has a wider selection.
I also love that they have a points system that lets you earn points to save money on future purchases.

The nearest Chapters to where I live is a 3 1/2 hours drive. So every time we go to the city, my 14 year old daughter and I look forward to visiting the store. We have purchased so many books there and love the sale tables. Great store, nice and very clean. Fantastic selection of books.

I like Chapters Indigo even though I do not go often since it's far from my home. They have a great selection of books and also now have a great section for kids with book, toys and games, etc. You can also order online. I find the prices to be a hit or miss. Some items are well price while others I find to be expensive. I also find that their "french language" section is very small.

I can't stay away from this pretty store. The books are awesome and all the tiny accessories everywhere are to die for (Kate Spade things). I feel like they could ease up a bit on the prices, though.

Great place for any book imaginable. Lots of topics and great children's section as well. The books are pricy but they always have sales and a clearance section.
