I have a love hate relationship with CHI. Im not a fan of their products but I love the Chi Air hair straightener. I have had mine for about 3 years. It was a gift . I use it weekly and I love it. its like the energizer bunny last a long time.

With my current hair situation (which is very long, wavy and sometimes very curly), it can take time to get my hair straight. With my current 6 year old CHI, it takes about 5 – 7 minutes but with the CHI AIR, it took me less than 3 minutes. In this video I fast tracked the process so you didn’t have to watch the whole three minutes of meet straightening my hair and talking at the same time but it shows you the before and after in just three minutes. Take note that my hair is normally very wavy before I brush it. The image in this video is what my hair looked like after I brushed it for a few minutes. Notice that for some reason the whole process of my actually straightening my hair is not showing. I’ve been working to figure what the problem is but if you forward through that process to the end, you can see what it ended up looking like.
