This was by Far the Best pregnancy Test, I love the fact that it comes up with a Yes or No instead of trying to figure out if its a plus or minus sign which at times can be very difficult to read! Also the conception indicator wasnt a bad thing either although I knew when it had happen so It really wasnt needed :)
My biggest beef with the Clear Blue Pregnancy Test with conception indicator is that it is extremely inaccurate. every woman has different hormone levels in pregnancy and this test is not good for women who are activly trying their hardest to get pregnant. I used this test when I should have been 3 weeks pregnant (I believe I was 6/7 weeks at the time), it was just something to try and maybe make me feel better about my hormone levels going up, well, the test indicated that I was only 1-2 weeks. I ended up freaking right out, calling my doctor, ended up getting a blood test and an ultrasound and everything was right where it should be. I think these tests can cause a lot of misunderstanding in women activly trying to get pregnant. I would recommend it as a pregnancy test for the /- effect, but the conception indicator is for the ones who really don't care how far along they are or as a "fun" thing. I do NOT recommend it for those who have been trying to get pregnant for years, who know about hormone levels and have had a miscarriage in the past, it will just freak you out.
This product is great! I will never buy a "cheap generic" pregnancy test again. Even though they are expensive, it is totally worth the clarity you get with a "yes" or "no" answer and the conception indicator is great - you can even watch your hormone levels go up week by week!
Buy in multipacks (2 tests) for savings!
This is the best at home pregnancy test on the market in my opinion.
Yes it's expensive but it tells you beyond a doubt if you are pregnant or not and how far along you are. I used many tests prior to getting pregnant, most of which were the cheapy non-digital ones with the one or two lines. Those can be a bit hard to read if you get a very faint second line. Those tests told me I wasn't pregnant 1-2 days before my Clearblue test told me I was. Even the Doctor, after doing blood tests and an initial ultrasound told me my hormones weren't very high, which of course made me worry.
However, like another reviewer said, you can chart your progress with this, taking new tests as your pregnancy progresses over the next couple of weeks since you hormones continue going up. The results max out at week 3 but by then you know you are on your way. I loved having something so specific. Doctors measure your pregnancy from the date of your last period, but this test tells you exactly how far along you really are.
I bought the double packs of these since they are expensive and I did end up using more than one. This would be my first choice if I ever suspect I'm pregnant again.
Great test, it quickly states pregnant or not and if pregnant how far along you are. Worth the price!
This pregnancy test was a life-saver for me. i suspected i was pregnant a few days before my period was due but the other tests i took said negative. The day of my period i took this one and not only did it say positive but that i was 1-2 weeks along, which made sense timing wise. However, i had an early ultrasound that showed there was nothing in my uterus at all and the doc gave me a 50-50 chance it hadn't worked out. i was convinced it was just too early, so i bought two more of these to see if my hormones would increase and the test would tell me higher weeks of being pregnant. Sure enough, it went 2-3 weeks, then 3 , which is the highest it goes.
At my next ultrasound they saw everything they needed to see and i saw my baby's heartbeat for the first time. If i hadn't taken these tests i would have been so much more anxious, which isn't good for either of us. i felt like this gave me peace of mind.
It's absolutely worth the expensive price tag.
