Gave me a reaction?

Purchased this from well.ca instead of my usual Mad Hippie because it had great reviews. Unfortunately it gave me a reaction (made my cheeks super red and itchy). I've used rosehip oil before so I'm not sure what make me react but it was a bummer. Also don't love the smell. :( Wanted to love it as the price is decent for a premium face cream.
