While pregnant these have become my favourite go-to quick meal because they are fast, easy to make and have fewer calories than 2 slices of whole wheat bread! I top them with anything from syrup to peanut butter and berries. They are very reasonably priced as well.
I have been purchasing the compliment whole wheat waffles for a while now and really enjoy them. They are low in calories. Only 2g of fat per 2 waffles. They taste great. Top it up with some fresh fruit for a nice quick healthy breakfast.
