My friend was raving about this straightener so I bought it and hate it. It's so hard to use and takes a long time to heat up. I regret not returning it.

I have used many hair straightners in the past and honestly keep going back to a salon brand flat iron. This one is good for a quick, touch up per say, but to do your whole head (if your hair is anything like mine) it will take forever and you will get discouraged. if you have short or fine hair, it might work well, but with my LONG and unruley hair, not so much :(
