This is a relatively new product, it looks like a liquid eyeliner but it's a color eyebrow "brush". The tip is similar to what a lip gloss end would be if it was dry. The color is like a shadow and the applicator is difficult to use and messy. The brow shadow flakes and falls off, and the applicator drops alot of product on the face as well. Terrible :(
