I use the 'Cleanse', 'Detox' and the 'Pull Cloths' (all found in the starter kit). I used to get awful adult acne so I started using ProActiv.. which would bleach everything I owned and cause my skin to be super oily. I was concerned to let my toddlers touch my face when it was on me. So I decided to switch to a plant based oil Cleanser. CRUDE works for all skin types, ages, and genders (it's even safe for pregnant/breastfeeding mothers and babies). The products have multiple uses (cleansers double as moisturizers) making skincare simple, functional, and affordable. My acne is a thousand times better, my skin isn't oily and even my acne scars have disappeared.
