No cracking, goes on smooth

I just had my house built and in the corners of the windows, the caulking the painters used had cracked so I used this product here as well as to fill in the gap alongside the tile trim of my shower. This sealant did not crack like the stuff the painters used and it worked perfectly to fill the gap along the edge of the shower. Also being resistent to mold and mildew, I was comfortable using it in the high moisture area of the bathroom. Defintely recommend!

It works well and drys quickly, which is nice if you just need to do a touch-up so you don't have to wait forever. Time will tell how well it holds up to the anti-shrink part.

Its my first time to use DAP ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant and i could say that even first timers or experts in DIY would love it, after trying it out it looks like it was done by a professional and also i love that it dont have a strong chemical odor!
