Amazing stuff to seal your door

Making use of this on my bathtub was a breeze! Despite my expectations, I did not have a difficult time with it. Opening your windows is something I would recommend without a doubt, but it works so beautifully! My bath tub was re-caulked with this product, and I am very happy with both the quality of the product and how long it has lasted since I used it.

Perfect for my DIY project

I had new laminate countertops installed and needed a sealant to make sure water does not leak and damage the wood inside. This owrked as perfect sealant and I never see any water leaking. I also tried it around my washroom washbasins and it works as a waterproof selant. I would recommend it to anyone.

Seals those gaps

I was happy to receive this DAP AMP Advanced Modified Polymer All Weather Window, Door and Siding Sealant Crystal Clear to try for free. This sealant was a lot thicker in viscosity when compared to the other sealants we have tried in the past, so it was harder to squeeze but found it dried fast. True to its word, it took 30 minutes to dry, and it was sealed in good. We like to go around the outside of the house and seal up any new cracks each season or issues with our siding, especially before winter. Typically, we get white, but I liked that it was crystal clear, and you can't even notice that we used the sealant. Great for weather conditions as it’s an all seasons filler.

What makes it special is that it can even be applied on wet surfaces and in basically any temperature, so no more waiting for that dry sunny day to seal! Not to mention it’s dry in 30 minutes. Will definitely be using this to make sure our home is waterproof :)

Great for windows

I received the Dap Amp all weather sealant for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

This is a transparent silicone which is flexible, paint ready in 30 minutes, fully cured in 24 hours with low odor and 100% weatherproof.
You will need a caulk gun (majority will fit) in order to use this product and make sure to cut the top part at a 45 degree angle.
I have some experience using a product such as this for interior molding so I had no trouble using this for my window frames. I didn't realize that the current caulk on my window frames was starting to crack and needed to be redone just in time for the colder season.

Product works very well. Works as intended. Very easy to use and apply. Seals great. Great for use on windows, doors, and outdoor trim in moderate climates. Would definitely buy again. DAP is a classic product that always works

Better than silicone

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. We really were happy with this product as it was easy to use and we found it to be better than silicone for the windows and for a few touch ups. It dried fairly quickly and is holding up well thus far.

Fast drying and ready to paint!

I got this tube of DAP polymer all weather sealant in exchange for an honest review and I was very quite impressed. The sealant is easy to use, doesnt smell too strong, dries very fast and is ready to paint within half an hour or so. Wether you need to add sealant to a fresh window or replace old cracked/moldy sealant, its all doable with this DAP product!

Great Product - Easy to Use

I was sent this product to review and it came at the perfect time. I noticed the silicone on one of my windows was deteriorating and needed to repair it. This product not only works in a wide range of temperatures, but it can also be applied to a wet surface. I like that it is clear but can easily be painted to any colour to match your project. It also is UV resistant but that will have to be determined over time of course. Product has a slight smell but it’s not at all overwhelming like most silicone products. Definitely recommend giving this a try!
