Not Ideal

I was super excited to try this product. However, it is just like covering hole with a tape. I had a hole in dry wall from a door knob and I applied the patch there to cover it. While it was easy to paste it and paint over it, since it was not spackled or filled, the hole still exists behind and the door knob is already showing indentation within a couple days. I prefer filling in the hole with foam or spackle before using this.

Easy way to fix your wall

I am so glad about that I had the chance to try DAP rapid wall repair patch. I had a wall in my daughter's bedroom and now it is fixed. It was easy to do. Instructions are well explained. I recommend it.

It works!

If you are not handy, like me, and have a hole in your wall get these. You just sand the area around the hole, place the patch over the hole and paint.

Works on white wall

I got this free from chickadvisor and dap Canada. Initially I thought it wouldn’t work on my white wall but it does! It covers the hole and is not noticeable at all. The wall looks brand new. I am very impressed at how easy it is to use and the results

Great Idea But Falls Short

The biggest problem I found with this produdct is that it has edges that are not tapered or feathered out. The patch is alright as just a patch, but it is difficult to hide the edges and blend it into the wall. The claim about being able to paint directly over the patch is not quite accurate - you can still see the patch through multiple coats of paint.

I’m impressed!

I’ve got to say, I wasn’t sure how well this product was going to work.
But, I’ve got to say, I’m super impressed! Literally anyone can use this problem. It was so simple to use.
It has easy directions so that even the less handy can use it. I was able to cover up a small hole and dent in my wall that was driving me nuts!
Now, you would never know that it was there in the first place.
This is definitely a product that I would recommend and most certainly will be buying!

Durable!!

I received these DAP eclipse rapid wall repair patches in exchange for my honest review. I found them really easy to use! They come on a plastic sheet that is really easy to peel them off of. They are really easy to place on the hole with no fussing at all. They are a lot cleaner then having to use putty first as well. No clean up at all! After you place them on the hole. They are very durable! I tried pushing it a little bit and there is little to no movement at all.they seal the hole really nicely and it didn’t curl up at all. I used the 15cm patch on a big hole that’s on my window sill and it worked perfectly. I had no problem painting over it either. The paint went on smoothly and after a few coats of paint my window sill looked like new. I am very happy with this product and will definitely be buying it for any future holes I may get in my wall. Im sure I will have a few with children and clumsy husbands in my house. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to try this product!

I received Eclipse® Rapid Wall Repair Patch for free and I have to say I absolutely loved this! Worked fantastic on a hole we had in our wall since we moved in. Completely covered it and fixed it and you’d never know it was ever there. Highly recommend

Amazing Product Have Already Re-Purchased!

My new home came with some big dings in the bedroom walls and using this product was simple, fast and effective! The instructions are very clear and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We have already re-purchased and are looking forward to stress free home improvement!!

Great for something in a quick pinch

This product is great if you need a fix for your wall ASAP but doesn’t hide everything. We used to patch a hole behind the door from doorknob hitting it. Applied like the directions said, it just seems weird that you can paint right on the patch sticker without any drywall compound or spackle. You can unfortunately see the patch pretty clearly.
