These lightweight, but thick tights feel different from the usual hosiery. It feels a bit springy and have a medium knit of thick, but hollow threads. According to the package, they keep the legs about 7 degrees warmer than normal. While I cannot truly verify that - they did make my legs comfortable in cold weather. (For double digit negative temperatures, I still had to layer up.)

I have not found anything like it here, but probably purchase more if I could. They were pretty inexpensive (comparable to the price of cheap pantyhose) yet effective.
