Although these bars have no sugar added, they are sweetened with (among other things) Sucralose and Maltodextrin. I don't know about anyone else, but it has a very "laxative" effect on me. The flavors are very tasty, especially the orange. Kind of tastes like a creamsicle. Each flavor comes individually wrapped, which is nice so you only have to open one at a time.
