I love this product, I make up my own version of a soft taco, but making up a chicken or beef stir fry and without the rice I roll this up and put soya sauce on it... yummy

I love using tortillas in different meals but I'm not really fond of the taste of plain white tortillas. I'm glad that Dempsters makes a whole wheat version. They're slightly healthier and have a much nicer taste than the boring plain ones. The price is decent as well.

I buy these at Costco. The large one in a package of 20 I think goes for about 1.99 very often which is a great price. I just bought some last week for that price. I make peanut butter and banana wraps for lunch or egg salad wraps or tuna and lettuce wraps. The possibilities are endless. They stay fresh for quite some time and freeze well also. The taste and texture is great.

Love wraps! Even better if the wrap is whole wheat! Just a pain when they rip when trying to get them apart

This whole grain wraps provide a great tasting foundation for your favourite sandwich or wrap. Warming it slightly makes rolling and folding easier and helps prevent cracking. Very low calories . It is highly recommended.

I love the dempster's line of whole grain wraps. They're very tasty and a lot less calories, carbs and fat compared to regular white bread.

I am using this product instead of white bread,it is a filling wrap that you can put anything from some salad greens and a bit of protein and it is a very good meal also one wrap is only a hundred colories add vegs and its really a great balanced meal
